We’re excited to welcome you to our Houston Reunion, taking place November 27–29, 2026.

Join us for a memorable weekend of connection, laughter, and shared experiences at the beautiful Moody Gardens.

Early registration is now open and will run through July 31st, 2026. After this date, registration for each category will increase by $50—so we highly encourage you to secure your spot early!

2.  IAH (George Bush Airport): 67 miles, 1 hour and 15 minutes drive

Airports are little far from the hotel venue. We intentionally have chosen this venue away from the city so that you can relax and enjoy the experience more.

Additional Hotel Information

• The group rate is $157 plus tax per night. Participants will individually book the rooms through the link provided by us.
• Check in time is 4 PM on Friday and check out time is 12 PM on Sunday.
• Self parking is free
• Rooms with King bed will accommodate 2 persons while double queen rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons without additional charges
• Hotel will provide two breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday) and one dinner (Saturday). The cost is included in the registration fee.
• Cutoff date is October 27, 2026. All reservation after this date will be accepted on a space available basis. And the group rate may not be also available after that date.
• It will be first come basis reservation. We have a guaranteed number of rooms but if we ran out of rooms even before the cutoff date, we will request additional rooms. But it will depend on the availability and there is no guarantee.
• Cancellation for hotel room reservation must be made 72 hours before the event, otherwise 1 night room rate will be charged as a penalty.
• Hotel will provide us a complimentary conference room for the entire time of the reunion where we can meet and greet.
